Work-Life Balance Coach, Psychology Honours student, and full-time corporate professional — as well as a mother navigating all the beautiful complexity that comes with it.

Her lived experience informs everything she offers: from managing competing roles with clarity and care, to helping others create space for what truly matters.

Blending yogic wisdom with psychological science and real-world insight, Arpita supports individuals and teams to move beyond burnout and into balance — with practical tools, mindful movement, and deep reflection.
